... at Hungary television.

According to the EU Commissioner for Enlargement,

the new government of Hungary could accelerate Ukraine's accession to the EU. What is the basis for this claim?

Péter Magyar has previously stated that he does not support Ukraine's accelerated accession.

He would even put it to a referendum and that he prefers to support the accession of Western Balkan countries on the basis of merit.

These principles are, however, very similar to Viktor Orban's previous view actually.

So what is your opinion on this, please? Thank you.

Well, on this, let me take it, as many of you have already reported,

there will be a first meeting of delegation of colleagues of the Commission going to Budapest tomorrow,

where discussions will start. With the upcoming government of Hungary.

This is also a direct manifestation of President von der Leyen's announcement earlier this week that we would start working with With the new government as soon as possible on the various topics,

and there will be plenty of opportunity to discuss what are the positions of the new government and take it from there.

I see other Hungarian representatives of the media, yes.

Thank you, it is a follow up question on this delegation because it is in a way,

very unusual that the Commission sends a delegation right after the elections to talk to I think so far they are party officials and not. You know, government officials of Hungary.

So what is the scope of the delegation and what is the focus,

because I imagine one part could be also the facilitation of withdrawal of European funds later when this government comes into power and who are the members of this delegation from the side of the European Commission.

As we said before, and you asked us a number of questions already on Tuesday regarding what are possible next steps with the future government of Hungary, and one of the very clear conclusions here was that The clock is ticking for a number of topics,

whether we're talking about the Ukrainian loan, whether we're talking about next generation EU funds,

so obviously it is in the interest of Hungary, it is in the interest of the EU.

That we make progress as soon as possible, and therefore these are preliminary talks that are taking place in order to make sure that once the government is in place,

really action can be taken if appropriate, and that we do not waste any time.

So that's the idea,

that's the framing of this meeting and the reason for it to take place really without wasting any further time. Hold on. Thank you very much up with NSA.

So just a clar clarification, the topics include only the frozen funds, the frozen EU funds, or is there anything else discussed?

I don't know, energy policy because also there, the government, well, the election manifesto of the TSA Party and since then.

Prime Minister-elect Péter Magyar already said that he doesn't want to phase out Russian, energy immediately,

so that might be also a topic which can be covered or what else will be on the agenda and who is going again from the Commission side.

So there is no exhaustive list of topics, as I said,

there's a big menu from which to choose from, and these are, as I said, first talks.

I'm not sure we'll be able to cover everything.

It's preliminary, it's to start the discussions to see how we can make progress as much. It is possible.

As to the delegation, I will not go into the details of the delegation, now we'll see what can be shared with you once these meetings have taken place,

so we hope to be back to it at the latest next Monday. Other questions? Yes, please.

Public Broadcast of Ukraine, so it's on, 90 billion loan for Ukraine.

Before Péter Magyar stated that, he wants Ukraine to restore the Druzhba pipeline,

and after that he will, unblock the loan for Ukraine, but, before.

From this podium, you said that it's unacceptable to tie these two things because the loan was agreed already at the EU Council.

So how will you deal with this now?

It seems that the position of the Prime Minister to be is almost the same.

Our position on the Ukrainian loan has not changed. It's a fact.

There was an agreement at leaders' level last December at the European Council.

Subject to some conditions which have been met, to endorse this law,

so there's no change there from our side.

What changed is President Zelensky's announcement two days ago that Druzhba should be operational by the end of April.

So that's good news, and we will take it from here.

Other questions to Guillaume, since we have him with us. Nope,

we changed the subject. Go ahead, Eddie. Yes, you.
