Hi, so regarding questions, what I can say is that the Commission is,

always assessing whether the relevant conditions for support under the different,

fashion instruments that we have are met.

And, this is part of the normal implementation that we have, of all these instruments, one of them being indeed, the growth plan.

So we checked, this process throughout,

throughout the the the different requests for payments and for each request for payment.

Regarding the situation in Serbia, we have said we are very concerned by the recent adoption of the judicial legislation in Serbia,

and we are following the next steps very closely, so we continue to support Serbia.

On its EU path, but at the same time we really expect from the authorities to uphold and respect effective democratic mechanism,

the rule of law and human rights.

This includes through the alignment of the of the judicial law.

With the EU standards and through a swift implementation of the Venice Commission opinion recommendation expected in the coming weeks and we also expect the reversal of the backsliding in the area of media freedom.
