The Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) - the cornerstone of the NextGenerationEU – continues to drive reforms and investments across the EU. With less than 15 months remaining before the end of the RRF, the timely and effective implementation of the Facility is the priority. The fourth annual report, published on Oct. 8, 2025, takes stock of the state of implementation across Member States and showcases the tangible impact of the RRF in fostering sustainable growth and unlocking the long-term benefits of structural reforms throughout the EU.
