The project to restore the maritime character of Mont-Saint-Michel is provided by the Syndicat Mixte Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel, gathering Region Basse-Normandie and Manche, Brittany Region and the municipalities of Mont -Saint-Michel, of Beauvoir and Pontorson. The project is cofinanced by the European Union.
