Erasmus+ 2017
The EU's Erasmus programme is celebrating its 30 years this year. For three decades, this flagship programme has given 9 million people - in particular young people - opportunities to gain new experiences and broaden their horizons by going abroad. The current Erasmus+ programme, running from 2014 to 2020, has a budget of €14.7 billion and will provide opportunities for over 4 million people to study, train, gain work experience and volunteer abroad.
This new video stockshot provides illustration footage of various parts of the Erasmus+ programme: higher education (Germany, Cyprus, Poland, Belgium, Spain), schools (France), youth workers (Greece), vocational training (Spain) and adult education (Sweden) filmed in Spring 2017
