On 7 February 1995, Ritt Bjerregaard, Member of the EC in charge of Environment and Nuclear Safety, received Brigitte Ederer, Secretary of State for European Affairs at the Austrian Federal Chancellery; in her office, at the European Commission, in Brussels. The same day, Brigitte Ederer, met Erkki Liikanen, Member of the EC in charge of Budget, Personnel and Administration, Translation and In-house Computer Services, and Monika Wulf-Mathies, Member of the EC in charge of Regional Policies, Relations with the Committee of the Regions and the Cohesion Fund (in agreement with Neil Kinnock and Ritt Bjerregaard).
