This production highlights key Global Gateway projects in Guyana, showcasing how investments in sustainable forest management and biodiversity protection support a green, low-carbon future.

The first project focuses on sustainable forest governance (FLEGT), featuring the Digital Wood Tracking System. From harvesting in the forest to inspections at sawmills and ports, these images show the technology and transparency ensuring Guyanese timber is legal and sustainable.

The second highlights food security and sustainable agriculture, featuring the rice sector’s modernization. It captures the full production cycle, from field harvesting to factory refining and packing for global markets. 

The third features the Mahaica River and intact rainforests, underscoring Guyana’s rich biodiversity and the natural heritage that Global Gateway projects help preserve for future generations.
